At MOVE n GROOVE, we provide classes for students who love to perform!
​
Students can act out, own the stage, move, groove and have fun while staying fit and building friendships. Our classes are inclusive, encouraging and noncompetitive whilst providing performing arts tuition from qualified performing arts teachers.
Participation in the Arts supports many areas of a child’s emotional, neurological and academic development helping them to explore ideas and emotions in a safe way. Music and dance allows children to express themselves without words while drama allows them to build self-confidence and the power to step forward and project their voice.

Exposure to positive influences through the arts teach children confidence, teamwork, listening skills, resilience and appropriate responses to stressful situations. Our program also helps them connect through shared passions which in turn helps to build a feeling of belonging.
